We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
3. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely through Mollie B.V.. Hilaé does not store full payment details.
5. Shipping
Orders are processed within the stated timeframe. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier. Hilaé is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene and product integrity reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been completed.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers may have a statutory right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply to products that have been worn, used, or unsealed for hygiene reasons.
8. Liability
Hilaé is not liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or damages resulting from improper use of products.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, remains the intellectual property of Hilaé and may not be used without written permission.
